Real-world story
Used live with 220 students at an international school in Bangkok. Results were entered and live announcements appeared within seconds of each event finishing — times, positions, and any new school records, broadcast to students straight away. House points updated live throughout the day.
The app ran heats, auto-generated finals, handled track and field, relay, and tug of war. The whole day ran from one screen. It was back the following year with upgrades based on exactly what I saw on the day — what worked, what slowed things down, and what students actually responded to.
